Five checks, and what we do with your files.
How the work is checked, and how your material is protected while we hold it. Plainly.
Quality control, in sequence.
Five checkpoints. Each has to pass before the next stage begins.
- 01Translation QCBefore voice production. Accuracy, glossary, cultural fit, register, timing.
- 02Dubbing QCAfter recording or generation. Performance, pronunciation, dialect, sync.
- 03Mixing QCLevels, balance, artifacts, dropouts, loudness against destination spec.
- 04Final QCThe complete master, end to end, as a viewer experiences it.
- 05Subtitling QCTiming, reading speed, line breaks, match to the dubbed dialogue.
For AI Dub, dubbing QC also covers naturalness, consistency, artifacts and the selected voice profile. A separately commissioned Voice Match is checked against the authorized voice identity and documented project limits. A human reviewer always decides whether the dialogue works. With AI Lip Sync, final QC includes shot-by-shot picture review and confirms manually repaired frames hold.
Nobody checks their own work.
Reviewers never check work they produced. The translator does not run translation QC. The session director, or the operator who produced an AI output, does not run dubbing QC. Simple as a principle, and often not what happens in practice.
How your material is handled.
Most of what we receive is unreleased, and some is sensitive beyond the content: release dates, cast, catalog strategy.
- NDAs signed before material arrives, covering us and every person on the project
- Our network bound by written confidentiality obligations
- Secure transfer on expiring links, never consumer file-sharing services
- Watermarked review copies, so a leak traces to a recipient
- Restricted access: people see only what their task needs
- Retention while the project is live and for an agreed period, then deletion (your schedule on request)
Content security.
TPN+ Blue Shield. TUM Studios Private Limited is a Trusted Partner Network member. Our security assessment is published on the TPN+ platform and available to any studio or platform on request.
The practice described above is how we work: non-disclosure agreements signed before material arrives, secure transfer on expiring links, watermarked review copies, access restricted to the material each person needs, and time-limited retention.
We are also happy to complete your own security assessment and to work to requirements specific to your title.

Where your material does not go.
Client material is never uploaded to public or consumer AI tools, used to train or fine-tune any model, or added to any dataset. An approved enterprise AI tool is used for a client-selected AI service only with client approval, and only where the provider contractually prohibits training on submitted data.
A separately commissioned Voice Match project proceeds only when:
- The client confirms in writing that it controls or is authorized to use the original character voice, identity, likeness and any digital replica
- The performing artist gives informed, project-specific written consent and grants the required performance, voice-replica and output-use rights
- Every required agreement and disclosure is complete before work begins
