These terms govern your use of trendsupmedia.com, operated by TUM Studios Private Limited (CIN U59121RJ2025PTC103108), trading as TrendsUp Media.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

These terms govern the website only. They do not govern any localization, dubbing or production services we provide. Those are governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client. Where there is any conflict, that agreement prevails.

All content on this website, text, design, graphics, layout, logos, audio and video, is owned by TUM Studios Private Limited or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view, download and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate our services. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, adapt or use any part of this website commercially without our prior written permission.

Client material. Samples and case study material remain the property of the relevant rights holder and appear here with permission. Nothing on this website grants you any right to use them.

Our name and marks. “TrendsUp Media”, “TUM Studios” and our logos may not be used without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• use the website unlawfully, or for any fraudulent or harmful purpose
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or any connected system
• introduce malicious code
• collect data from the website by automated means, including scraping personal contact details
• interfere with the website’s operation or another user’s use of it
• reproduce, duplicate or resell any part of the website in breach of these terms

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

Note. Some pages publish individual team members’ contact details for the benefit of people who have received their visiting card. Collecting those details by automated means, or using them to send unsolicited communications, is a breach of these terms.

When you submit an inquiry or upload a file, you confirm that:

• the information you give us is accurate
• you have the right to send us any material you upload
• the material does not infringe anyone else’s rights and is not unlawful

We treat material you send as confidential and do not share it outside the people handling your inquiry. We are not, however, obliged to keep it indefinitely, see our Privacy Policy.

Unsolicited ideas. We do not accept unsolicited creative concepts, formats or scripts for consideration. If you send them anyway, we cannot guarantee confidentiality and are not obliged to treat them as confidential, and we accept no liability for any similarity between your submission and anything we later produce independently. This clause covers speculative creative submissions only. It does not affect the confidentiality we owe you in respect of material you send us as part of a genuine inquiry or engagement, which is dealt with in our Privacy Policy and in any agreement between us.

We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but content is provided for general information. Descriptions of our services, languages, turnaround times and capabilities are indicative and do not form an offer or a contractual commitment.

Nothing on this website is professional advice, and it should not be relied on as such.

Figures. Statistics about our work: volumes, languages, timelines and outcomes, describe past projects. They are not a promise of results on yours.

We may amend these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the amended terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Disputes under a separate services agreement are dealt with under that agreement, which provides for arbitration seated in Jaipur. This page governs website use only.
