In Indian languages we contract most of these people directly, which is why our coverage there is deepest. Outside India, the network runs through partner studios and native specialists in-region.

For series and catalog work, the same performers and the same reviewers stay on a project throughout. Consistency across two hundred episodes is a staffing decision made at episode one, not a quality-control problem solved at episode one hundred.

How large is the team?
Our core production team, with native translators, performers, linguistic reviewers, dialect consultants and engineers engaged per project.
Who does the actual recording?
Native performers in the target language, directed by someone who speaks it. Across Indian languages we contract performers directly; elsewhere recording happens through partner studios and native specialists in-region.
Why don't you name your partner studios?
Sourcing relationships, particularly in scarce languages, take years to build and are the substance behind our rare-language capability. We keep them confidential for that reason, and we apply the same discretion to our clients.
Will the same people work on my whole series?
Yes, for series and catalog work. The same performers and reviewers are held across the run, with availability confirmed before casting is locked.
