How this works.

We hire for specific projects and do not keep standing vacancies. Our core production team holds the work that must stay consistent; everything around it is a network of artists, translators, engineers and reviewers we bring onto projects as the work requires.

That means there is rarely a posted role to apply for, and always a reason to be on our list. When a project comes in needing a Maithili narrator or a Kazakh reviewer, we search our records. If your details are there and tagged properly, you get the call.

Who we're looking for.

Voice artists
Native speakers with recording experience. A home studio helps but is not essential: we use partner studios.
Translators and adaptors
Media translation where timing and lip-sync constrain wording; dubbing adaptation, not literary translation.
Reviewers and consultants
Native-level reviewers for accuracy, cultural fit, pronunciation and dialect; consultants for regional, indigenous and low-resource languages.
Audio engineers
Dialogue editing, sound design, mixing and mastering. Pro Tools experience expected.

Do you have open positions?

We hire on a project basis rather than running standing vacancies, and we accept applications at all times. Your details go on file tagged by language and role, and we contact you when a matching project comes in.

How should I send my application?

Email contact@trendsupmedia.com with your language in the subject line, for example “Voice artist, Bhojpuri.” We search by language when projects land, so a clearly labeled email is far more likely to surface than a general inquiry.

Do I need my own recording studio?

It helps but it is not required. We work through partner studios in many regions, so what matters more is that you are a native speaker with the right experience.

Do you work with people outside India?

Yes. Much of our language work outside Indian languages is delivered by native specialists in-region, and we work across time zones as standard.

How are rates agreed?

Per project, in writing, before any work starts. We do not ask for unpaid test work.
