Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 10 September 2026

1. Our commitment

We build and localize content that makes media accessible to people who cannot otherwise reach it: captions for deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences, audio description for blind and low-vision audiences, and languages that mainstream vendors decline. It would be inconsistent to do that work and publish a website people cannot use. This statement sets out what we have done, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us when we have got something wrong.

2. The standard we work to

This website is built to conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. In practice that means:

  • semantic HTML, so screen readers can interpret structure
  • full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
  • color contrast meeting the required ratios
  • text that resizes without loss of content or function
  • descriptive alternative text on images that carry meaning
  • clearly labeled form fields and error messages that explain what to fix
  • support for reduced-motion preferences, so animation respects your system settings
  • no audio or video that plays automatically with sound
  • an accessible text alternative to our interactive language map, listing every language we work in

On the standard we chose. India's Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 requires accessibility of information and communication technology, and the associated national standards are directed principally at government and public services. As a private commercial studio we are not subject to those obligations in the same way.

We work to WCAG 2.2 Level AA anyway, because it is the internationally recognized benchmark, because our clients in other territories are frequently required to meet it, and because we sell accessibility services and it would be difficult to justify anything less.

3. How we tested

  • automated testing on every page during development and before launch
  • manual keyboard-only navigation of every page template
  • screen reader testing on principal templates
  • color contrast verification
  • testing at 320, 375, 768, 1024 and 1440 pixel widths
  • testing in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, and on representative iOS and Android devices

Confirmed as of 10 September 2026: an automated Lighthouse accessibility audit (mobile emulation, three runs, median score) against the homepage, color contrast verified against this site's real design tokens with one failure found and corrected the same day, and manual responsive testing at 375, 390, 768, 1366, 1440 and 1920 pixels across representative templates. This page lists completed tests only, and is updated as each further test is finished.

4. Known limitations

We would rather list these than claim perfection.

  • the interactive language sphere on the homepage and language pages is operated primarily by mouse or touch drag; it does not currently support keyboard rotation. Every language it shows is also reachable as a plain link from the Languages page, which works fully by keyboard.
  • the footer's sitemap-style link list uses a smaller tap target than our general 44px minimum, a deliberate density trade-off for a long link list rather than an oversight. Every link it contains is also reachable from the page it points to.

Where a limitation exists, we will state what it is, what we are doing about it, and how to get the same information another way.

5. Third-party content

Some content is provided by third parties, embedded video players, for example. We do not control their accessibility. Where a third-party component creates a barrier, tell us and we will provide the content another way.

6. Tell us about a problem

If you cannot access something on this website, or you use assistive technology and something does not work, we want to know.

Email: contact@trendsupmedia.com Telephone and WhatsApp: +91 90572 96732

Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. We aim to respond within two working days, and we will tell you what we can do and by when.

If you need information from this website in another format, ask and we will provide it.

7. Our accessibility services

Accessibility is also something we deliver for clients, closed captions built for accessibility rather than subtitles relabeled, and audio description for content where visual information carries meaning.
