Start a project.

Tell us what you need localized. We will come back with a written quote, usually the same day.

What happens after you send this.

  1. 1.

    Brief review.

A person reads your brief, not a routing system. If something is unclear or missing, we ask before quoting. That avoids guesses and revisions later.

  2. 2.

    Technical review.

We check what you have, source files, script, M&E track, delivery specification, and identify anything that will need rebuilding. Better to find a missing M&E now than three weeks in.

  3. 3.

    Scope and quote.

You get a written scope covering languages, services, deliverables, correction rounds and a delivery date, with the price. Usually within 24 hours.

  4. 4.

    Route confirmation and kickoff.

For Human Dub, we cast, confirm talent availability and lock the schedule. For AI Dub, we approve the selected synthetic voice and human-review workflow. Any AI Lip Sync scope is confirmed in writing before production. Voice Match is not a standard form route; if requested separately, work starts only after the client confirms in writing that it controls or is authorized to use the original character voice, identity, likeness and any digital replica, and the performing artist gives informed, project-specific written consent and grants the required performance, voice-replica and output-use rights. Required agreements and disclosures must also be complete.

Frequently
Asked Questions.

Everything you need to know about our services, process and how we work

How soon will I get a quote?
Usually the same day, and within 24 hours in almost every case. If your brief needs clarification we will come back with specific questions before preparing a quote.
What if I don't know my target languages yet?
Send the brief anyway and select “request a workflow recommendation.” Choosing markets is a decision we help with regularly, and audience data usually points somewhere more useful than language population size.
Is my content safe with you?
Yes. We sign NDAs before receiving material, transfer files through secure channels, watermark review copies, and limit access to the people actually working on your title.
What is your minimum project size?
There is no formal minimum. Short one-off projects are accepted at a higher rate relative to volume; bulk and ongoing work is priced more favourably.
How far ahead do you book?
It depends on the languages. Common languages can usually start within days; scarce ones require talent sourcing first, and we confirm availability before committing to a delivery date.
