Audio shows, produced and localized.

Scripted podcasts, audio dramas and narrative audio produced from casting through to final master, and localized into other languages where a show is travelling to new markets. 71 shows on Kuku FM and Kuku TV.

71 shows

Produced for Kuku FM and Kuku TV.

Casting to master

Casting, direction, recording, editing, sound design, mixing and mastering.

Localized

Shows taken into new languages for new markets.

Not a conversation with a microphone.

Conversation podcasts need capture, cleanup and a competent edit. Scripted audio has no picture, so place, speaker and action all arrive through sound. Performance carries character without a face, and a scene change has to be built in audio. That is closer to our dubbed drama work than to podcast editing.

The stem problem, again.

Without separated stems, what sits under the dialogue must be rebuilt. We check at intake and quote rebuilds separately.

Where stems exist, new dialogue drops straight into the existing sound world.

Episode forty should sound like episode one.

Long-running shows fail on drift. A series bible, applied by one team, keeps every episode consistent.

Frequently
Asked Questions.

Do you produce podcasts from scratch?
Yes, for scripted and narrative formats: casting, direction, recording, sound design, mixing and mastering. Our strength is scripted audio rather than interview and conversation formats.
Can you localize an existing audio show?
Yes. It requires script adaptation for audio, native casting and recording, and, where the original was mixed without separated stems, rebuilding the sound world underneath the dialogue. We check the stem situation at intake and quote any rebuild separately.
What if we recorded the show ourselves?
We can take it from there. Post-only work covers editing, sound design, mixing and mastering for material recorded elsewhere, with an honest assessment at intake of what the source recordings will and will not support.
How do you keep a long series consistent?
With a series bible covering cast, pronunciation, level and tonal conventions and music usage, applied by the same team throughout the run. Drift across a long series is the most common failure in episodic audio.
