Microdrama localization, at the pace the format demands.

TrendsUp Media localizes vertical microdrama and short-form serial content, dubbing, subtitling and audio post across episode counts that run into the hundreds, with the same cast and the same reviewers held across the entire series.

Volume is the whole problem.

Volume compresses everything. Whatever is set up at episode one runs for the whole series.

  • Feature film

Two hours of content, one delivery. An inconsistency is a mistake.

  • Microdrama series

Two hours split into a hundred and twenty files, each with its own deadline. Inconsistency is the default unless something prevents it.

  • Rotating freelancers

The lead changes at episode 60, loudness drifts between batches, and by episode 150 it sounds like three productions.

Set up once, hold it for the run.

  • Cast for the run

Availability confirmed across the projected episode count. A lead for only forty episodes isn’t cast.

  • Series bible, episode one

Names, pronunciation, forms of address, recurring phrases, level, tone and music, locked early.

  • Same reviewers throughout

Translation and dubbing QC stay with people who have heard the first eighty episodes.

  • Parallel teams, not queues

Multiple teams, one series bible, so a 200-episode season doesn’t take a 200-episode timeline.

Made for a phone, held vertically.

Vertical short-form changes the decisions. Dense dialogue in short episodes leaves no slack for the length most languages add, so adaptation at the translation stage matters more. Subtitles compete with a narrow frame and burned-in text. And the first few seconds carry retention, so opening lines get extra attention in adaptation and direction.

Built for a small screen, a close-up face and a fast hook.

Frequently
Asked Questions.

Can you handle a full microdrama season?
Yes. Seasons running to several hundred episodes are handled by running multiple teams in parallel against a single series bible, rather than queuing episodes sequentially. Casting is confirmed for the full projected run before the first session.
How do you keep voices consistent across hundreds of episodes?
By casting for availability across the whole run rather than the first batch, holding a series bible covering pronunciation and tonal conventions, and keeping the same QC reviewers across the series so drift is caught by people who have heard what came before.
Do you produce microdramas?
No. TrendsUp Media localizes microdrama content that already exists, dubbing, subtitling, audio post-production and quality control. We do not produce, film, edit or develop microdrama content.
How fast can you deliver episodes?
Our standard is three days per finished hour of content, delivered in batches sized against your release calendar. For serial content the rhythm matters more than raw speed, so batches are structured to avoid one QC failure stalling the next.
What if the dialogue doesn't fit in the target language?
It usually does not fit directly, most languages expand relative to English, and vertical short-form leaves very little timing slack. That is resolved at the translation and adaptation stage rather than by asking performers to speak faster.
