L&T Finance IVR · AssameseHuman Voice-over

Hundreds of fragments, one voice.

An IVR script is several hundred short fragments, many joined at runtime. A prompt from week one plays straight after one from week six, and any drift in tone, pace, level or room sounds broken. Across languages, a caller in Tamil should hear the same brand voice as in Hindi. So: one narrator per language, a locked script with every fragment numbered, controlled level targets, and file naming agreed before recording.

Deliverables.

  • Prompts per language, named to your convention for direct import
  • Consistent loudness across every fragment and language
  • 8 kHz mono µ-law or A-law where required
  • Full-bandwidth masters where your platform accepts them
  • Recorded script log for matching future additions

Adding prompts in six months.

Every IVR set eventually needs a new option. We keep what it takes to match the original.

  • Narrator details per language
  • Level targets
  • Processing chain

Mismatched additions are the most common IVR failure, and a records problem, not a technical one.

Coverage.

We delivered the L&T Finance IVR in Hindi, English, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu. Any language on our list is available, and unusual languages can be sourced.

Frequently
Asked Questions.

Have you delivered multilingual IVR before?
Yes: the full IVR set for L&T Finance in 11 languages: Hindi, English, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu.
Why does IVR need special handling?
Because prompts are recorded across weeks and played back-to-back at runtime. Any drift in tone, pace or level between sessions is audible to the caller as a single broken-sounding sentence. It is a consistency discipline more than a recording one.
Can you add new prompts later?
Yes, and we plan for it. Narrator details, level targets and the processing chain are retained per language so a prompt recorded months later matches the original set.
What formats do you deliver?
Whatever your telephony platform requires, named to your convention and structured for direct import, with consistent loudness across every fragment and language.
Can you match one brand voice across languages?
That is the point of doing the whole set together. A caller switching to Tamil should hear the same warmth, pace and authority they would have heard in Hindi.
